At Anything 3D, we take pride in delivering quality 3D printed products. Since most of our products are made-to-order, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
To be eligible:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

You must provide clear photos or videos as proof
2. Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns for:

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (due to 3D printing process)

Change of mind after purchase

Improper handling or damage caused after delivery
3. Return Process

Email us with your order details and proof

Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement

Do not ship the product back without confirmation
4. Refunds

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 10 - 15 business days for the refund to reflect
5. Replacements

In case of damaged or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost

Replacement will be processed after verification
6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped

Once production or shipping has started, cancellation is not allowed

All products from Anything 3D are 3D printed, and slight imperfections or variations are part of the manufacturing process and not considered defects.
