  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS

  • You can use this link to track your shipment in real time

5. Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Anything 3D is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue
